This looks like either you do not have correct drivers, or that the drivers didn't install or didn't install properly Double check that you have the proper drivers. If you do, try reinstalling them.
This is the driver download page for your printer:

Unfortunately they don't have a driver listed for Vista. This is pretty common, a lot of companies are slow to develop drivers to be able to use their products with Vista.
Access the manufacturer's web-site: http://support.lexmark.com
and enter 'P3150' and do the search.
Download & install the device-driver for Windows Vista.
If you have installed your printer on your PC using an original Lexmark Driver CD that came with your product and you are experiencing problems when printing, you may have installed the Windows XP driver.
Follow these steps to resolve: · Disconnect your USB cable from your printer. · Uninstall all Lexmark printer drivers on your PC. · Download the correct Vista driver for your model. · Install the driver on your PC.
Important - Do not reconnect the USB cable until the install software prompts the question of how the printer is connected.
Although Lexmark doesn't have Vista drivers available for that model, people have had success using Windows 2000 drivers with many older Lexmark printers.
It may work, or it may not. The only other option is to wait for Lexmark to release the Vista driver. They are always adding Vista drivers for the older models.
Actually, yes there are compatiblilty issues with Lexmark's drivers and Vista.
Here is a forum from microsoft about this issue : Click Here
Basically if you do not want to downgrade from Vista or wait for Lexmark to release drivers (P3150 is a discontinued printer and will probably not have another official driver release) or you can add your P3150 and select 'Generic / Text Only' for your driver and set the correct port (USB, Parallel, or however). But that will not use all the great features your printer comes with especially because it is an All-In-One as opposed to someone who just wants to print documents.
