I dont know how to adjust the ringer volume

The manual is available for free download from www.manualslib.com
A Google search on "vtech t2326 manual" will take you right there .... follow their site instructions,
enter the "spam protect" numbers and choose "download the .pdf file" Be careful of clicking on the
advertising that might take you into strange areas for other purposes.
To set the Vtech T2326 ringer:
there are only four ringer tone/volume choices plus "off" available
1. Press the PROG end of the "SELECT/PROG" rocker switch.
The display will light and show "DIRECTORY"
2. Press the right side top button "VOL +/DIR"
The display will change to "SPEED DIAL"
3. Press the right side top button "VOL +/DIR" again The display will change to "RINGER: 1" ( or "RINGER: 2 or : 3 or : 4 or : OFF" )
4. Press the SELECT end of the "SELECT/PROG" rocker switch.
The "RINGER: [number] ( 1 - 4 or OFF )" will blink and the ringer will sound.
5. Press the right side top button "VOL +/DIR" The display will change from "RINGER: 1" to "RINGER: 2" and the sound will change accordingly.
6. Press the right side top button "VOL +/DIR" again. The display will change from "RINGER: 2" to "RINGER: 3" and the sound will change accordingly.
7. Press the right side top button "VOL +/DIR" again. The display will change from "RINGER: 3" to "RINGER: 4" and the sound will change accordingly.
8. Press the right side top button "VOL +/DIR" again. The display will change from "RINGER: 4" to "RINGER: OFF" and the sound will cease accordingly.
9. Press the right side top button "VOL +/DIR" again. The display will change from "RINGER: OFF" to "RINGER: 1" and the sound will change accordingly.
10. ...and so on, cycling through the four choices: when you decide to select one, press the "SELECT" end
of the central "SELECT/PROG" rocker switch.
11. The display light will go out, the phone will chirp in acceptance, and be ready to use the chosen ringer. --
To preload names & numbers into the DIRECTORY is a bit more arduous but not difficult; there is
a limit of 10 entries after which attempting to add another will result in a "MEMORY FULL" alert
being shown. Hint: during name entry, the "VOL -/CID" button will backspace/erase letters and the
"VOL +/DIR" button will enter blank spaces. Letter selection is familiar to text messaging ie, the letter B
is a result of "22" being keyed, the letter R is "777" etc.
