We purchased a compaq presario C774TU 3 weeks ago. We have often been asked to enter a product key number to play various attatchment and have been unable to do this because we are unaware of where our product key number is and we have been through various departments to no avail and we are hoping that you can help us as we are at our wits end and are considering returing our computer to purchase another brand. Great idea returning that computer ............ that would be my answer ......... but if you want a reliable source lap top computer or desk top you cant go wrong with a hp pavilion......... i have a desk top that is over 1o yrs old and running xp home edition on it and havent sent it to repairs once. good luck ....
