Go here http://support.acer.com/us/en/default.aspx. Scroll down the page to Driver Downloads .You will now have a choice of selecting your notebook/netbook model etc, go through the proccess till you reach the drivers page DOWNLOAD your specific driver and follow the instructions.This should be straight forward enough.

1st You download Webcam Driver.

After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

A4tech is installed but the cam is not working
Hi,

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the camera drivers for this webcam. After you uninstall the drivers give your pc a restart and then reinstall the drivers again with the webcam connected.

When i turn my webcam it doesn't work.
The first step to try is to uninstall and reinstall the hardware. Right-click on your My Computer icon, then select Manage. Highlight Device Manager on the list, then find your webcam in the list of hardware. Right click on the webcam in your list, then select Uninstall. Once completely uninstalled, reboot your PC. After your PC is back up, reinstall the hardware. Make sure you use the driver CD that came with the webcam. Hope this helps!!
