I have a healthist humidifier model 4100.. I purchased my humidifier on 12/26/09 from Raindew pharmacy. So far I had no problem.But today, when I plugged the apparel, nothing haened, the motor is not running. Is there a solution?

If it's still under warranty, return it for replacement or repair. You will need your Proof of Purchase to do this. Something is leaking internally and contaminating the water.

The humidifier may be partially clogged with mineral scale. Especially, if you're using well water. It can be cleaned by running the humidifier with with a 50/50 solution of Bottled Distilled Water and White Vinegar in it. Then flushing it with bottled distilled water through another complete cycle.

In the the future, you may want to use Bottled Distilled Water rather than tap water. It's inexpensive (about $1.00 per gallon) and can purchased at most super markets and pharmacies.

Either call or go back to the Walgreens where you purchased the Humidifier. They will either take one from another box or make a copy of it for you.

My son was the sales Person, he was very busy so we took the display model which was last one in stock, he was very6 busy and could not find the book for it, They all looked later and still could find the book, I need this before I can use it.
