RE: JVC GZ-MG21U How can I recover the file which I deleted by mistake. The remaining hours are 3 min only, but there is no images appeared in the camera..

Make sure you're using an SD card, not a higher-capacity SDHC card. The GZ-MG21U works with SD cards, not with SDHC cards.

Is it possible to recover deleted files from a JVC GZ-HD310BU HDD camcorder? If so, how exactly?
YES. It is possible to get those deleted files back provided not overwritten.
First things first: DO NOT take any more videos or pictures with the camcorder(memory card) that you want to recover files from in case you may quite possibly ruin the chances.

Then take the memory card or hard drive out of your cam, and connect it to your computer as it should appear as a "Removable Drive" or put the card in a card reader attached to your PC.

Then install this software Wondershare Photo Recovery (recover videos and audio files too) on your computer. Then start to scan and see if your deleted files can be got back. Get the program from:

For Windows Version
For Mac version

Remember - Do NOT try & write anything back to your camcoder(card or disk) until you can recover your files safely! I hope you good luck! Regards

JVC Envirio GZ-MG21U Error Msg.
I had the same issue, but I went ahead and executed the recovery and my videos were still there. I thought I had lost one but it was actually saved/loaded to another image file in the camera which is the same one that the Demo playback file is stored in. I located it by connecting the camera to the PC going under my computer and just opening every file. After I got everything off the camera I went into the menu and executed the data clean up program. I am now scanning internet sites to see if there is a fix listed anywhere to keep it from happening again. Hope this helps.
