Just bought a Belling Forum 317 electric cooker. How can I select the top oven and not put the grill on? Instruction booklet not clear.

The clock is flashing zeros because you need to set the clock timer.To do this you need to press and hold in both of the the cook period and end time buttons together, then with both buttons still held in , press either the "+" or "-" buttons to set the correct time of day
