hi, the problem you are having is going to be with the settings all you need to do is contact your service provider and ask them to send you the correct settings, they send you these via text message that will up date your phone to the correct settings.
They wont charge for sending you these setting but it will solve your problem.

there appers no way stop them. whatever how many you top up, they still took you money away for txts, call.

this may solve ur problem..go to menu, settings, hit the phone settings, hit the restore factory settings... if you have sec.code hit it there,,dont have.. just key in 12345,,. or use this *#7370# or *#6680#
There could be too many settings for Internet/Wap/MMS etc... on your phone. Delete them all and get the Settings for Internet/Wap and MMS from your Network Service Provider. These settings are usually sent as a text msg. When you receive the msg. choose save or install on your phone. Or get the settings directly from their website. The MMS service doesn’t always work between networks. If you're on a prepaid phone, make sure you have enough credits to sends MMS. Also check that your phone isn't too full of old files. The phone needs a certain amount of memory to function.
