You'll want to disable any antivirus programs, and install the latest update for the game, can usually be found at the games official site. If you've already done this, but didn't turn off your antivirus, install it again, this time with it disabled. Secondly, make certain you've got the latest drivers for your video card. See link

i have installed crashday and also copied and pasted the exe file inthe place where the game has installed but still its asking to insert the cd or wrong disk inserted. please help me.
If your unit is under warranty I would contact Microsoft first.
Second what condition are your discs in? If they are smudged or scratched they are not likely to play. For smudged discs I would recommend running them under water and wiping them clean. For scratched discs there are many places that will perform scratch removal or you can get a kit to do it yourself.
Third thing to try would be a lens cleaner. Not sure how well they work but it might help.
