If the motor is running but there is no water coming through, it would suggest the pump impellor blades are compromised. It's quite posible that the shaft that drives the blades has snapped. Is it possible to open the pump housing and rotate the blades manually whilst watching the motor to see if it moves? If one moves without the other, then its a new pump I'm afraid. WARNING! Do NOT attempt to do this with the motor connected to the electricity supply.
I feel you have a stuck pressure switch. If the wash tub is empty the No Drain error ND is false the pressure switch contacts are failing to open. Appliance Repair Forums > Appliance Repair Talk > Washers > Maytag/Magic Chef/Admiral/Jenn-Air Go to that forum and I will help you get your machine back in service. If you dont have the Service Manual you can get it from the Sticky: Neptune TL Washer FAV6800AWW 5 post down in that forum.....D*ick

You have a the Drain Sump Cap at the tub followed by 10" to 12" rubber hose to the input of the drain pump. There could be a clog at the impeller input, the Impeller could be shattered you hear it turn on and run to the drain pump. There could be a clog in the discharge hose.
The drain pump is is located on the right rear side of the machine. I have a pic somewhere on this forum. But this is not a very good forum for DIY folks. I can't find old post.
I'm at work right now. Go to the above forum I list above and you see a FAV6800A recent issue where I helped an owner with an issue and I have a two pics that show you the location of the Drain Pump. If you don't have the service manual you can get it from that site.
I can't post a direct link to the site just Google the above link and look for FAV6800A issue I believe labeled Maytag Neptune freeze up..
Get the SM and we can turn on the drain pump in service mode and troubleshoot. I think you could have a issue like the impeller free wheeling on the motor shaft or a shattered impeller maybe some coins got past the Sump Cap........D*ick

I had the pump running and water in the tub, but I checked the drain and there wasn't any water coming out. The pump sound like there was no water at the pump. I don't know if there is anything between the tub and pump, or if it has to be spinning to drain. I wired the motor to verify that it runs.
There is always water in the tub when I receive the error. At one point while troubleshooting, the pump was running, but no water was going out the drain. I have verified that the pump works. Will the tub spin while draining
