Electric heat strips, Fuse Link, Sequencers, main limit.
As always, if you are in doubt about what to do, the best advice anyone should give you is to call a licensed electrician or HVAC tech to advise what work is needed.
Before you do any work yourself,
on electrical circuits, equipment or appliances,
always use a test meter to ensure the circuit is, in fact, de-energized.

Why would cool air be blowing out of my central ac unit condensor that sits outside? The other unit I have next to it blows out warm air and responds well to thermostat changes. The unit blowing cool air...

It probably has a low refrigerant charge. The air coming out of the outside unit should be warmer than the outdoor temperature when in the cooling mode and if it's a heat pump it should be colder than the outdoor temperature in the the heating mode. Check the big line going to the unit, it should be somewhere around the 40 F range and the small line should be hot.

My Home Ac Unit Is Not Blowing Any Air

This sounds like the fan not turning during cool. You will have to check the fan relay for power during the cool cycle. The fan relay is run by the low voltage side, but still there is hi voltage present. When in heat the power goes thru the relay on one set of points then in cool goes thru the opposite side. You should have a digram present, and then on the main circuit board there is a code light. Check the light for blinking or (flash) read the bottom of the board for the code ( very small print)

Central air Goodman ck30-1a blowing fuses?

I don't know what you use to heat your house, (heat pump, gas, oil) but if it is not a heat pump, i.e.. you don't use the outdoor unit to produce both heat and cooling, then the first place to look is at the compressor in the condensing unit (outdoor unit). If you have a bad capacitor, it will cause the compressor to pull locked rotor amperage (LRA) for an extended period of time and will cause the fuse to trip (usually within 2 or 3 seconds) The other possibility would be that something got into the wiring and have created a short. I have seen more insect and rodent damage to wires then you can imagine, so this is also a high possibility. Hope this helps

I have a goodman acu model PGB030075-1A and it does not heat. The site glass is dark, not lit.

you can install a straight cool t stat that heats with the backup heat strip only. you can cool with ac only but using the heat pump reverse cycle will be a cheaper sourse of heat.have a pro look at it and give you some options. technology is changing so fast the best decision might be a new systemwith a new 10 year parts and labor warranty.

Goodman ac / heat pump

I just had a new unit installed and I am surfing for troubleshooting tips too. My unit is doing the same... cools well heat sucks. my problem has been isolated down to the reversing valve... It is constantly energised which means it is constantly in a/c mode even when kicking on the heat strips... We disconnected a line at the thermostat and it is working well as a heater now. You may want to check yours to see if it is actually kicking over into to heat mode... -rob
