The printer itself won't have an MSDS report. Each of the toners and supplies come with MSDS sheets, or the address and phone #'s to obtain them from Samsung.

My guess is that this cartridge is remanufactured??
It requires a chip or fuse be replaced, in order to reset the machine when you replace it, and maybe this chip is defective or was overlooked.
If it's an original Samsung, then this is not likely the problem.

Check if there is a fuse in place (usually fitted to the front edge of the cartridge) and always replace when refilling.
