Problem loading disc

check that the dvd player is not blu-ray specific
if it is supposed to read all discs and cd's then take it back for a warranty replacement

Disc do not loads into it properly. Is a loading mechanism fault. Contact any service technician. The disc loading mechanism should take out from the set for repair. Does not play disc

1. No disc. - Load a disc into the tray.
2. Disc has been loaded upside down. Place the disc with the label side up.
3. Disc region code does not match region code of the player.
4. Disc type is not the correct type to play.
5. Disc is damaged or dirty. Clean the disc or try another.
6. Moisture may be condensed inside the unit. Remove the disc and the leave the power on for one or two hours.

please change laser unite then solve your problem

Looks like the lens of the player is dirty or damaged. Try a lens cleaner CD first.

If it doesn't work then you will have to get the lens replaced. Since the Player is still under warranty use while you still can..

run a lens cleaner thru it to clean the lens. use the NON liquid type ... its a disc with little brushes on it you can get from radio shack for a few bucks.

This dvd's fails because a dry capacitors on the alimentation source you need to send to a repair service center.

I don't have a solution at this time. I have the same DVD player and mine stopped working this past weekend. It is doing the same thing as yours. I opened the case and loaded a disc and watched the mechanism. The disc won't spin. if you tap the disc it will start spinning and load and start playing. I thought I had fully fixed it. It will load most times but now the video and audio stutters as if the discs is spinning at varying rates.

have you tried useing a cd/dvd cleaner disc sounds like the laser is dirty
