I inserted my full memory card into my camera so I can download all of the pictures to my computer. It keeps telling me to reinsert the card. It will not read it at all and it is a fairly new card. I put my other card in the camera and it is fine. Is there anyway to recover my pictures??? I am very worried that I lost all of my pictures please help.

Have you tried this memory card on your computer?
If this memory card can be read functionally on your computer, you'd better copy off all your stored data to another memory card or drive and format this memory card immediately to check whether it can still be used functionally as before. Otherwise, you have to replace it.
But, if this memory card unfortunately also gets the same error on your computer, you'd better try to apply a memory card photo recovery freeware to get all your stored data back successfully for free:
http://freeware-fix.blogspot.com/2013/04/memory-card-error.html
In fact, this freeware helped a lot as the camera memory card of my friend was mistakenly formatted. It finally restored all the needed data of my friend. So, I believe it will also help you a lot.
Try to read more information of this freeware here:
http://www.freeware-fix.blogspot.com/2013/04/data-recovery.html
After experiencing these troubles, I hope you can learn a valuable lesson to back up everything important well all the time.

First of all, do not write anything in to the memory card again. Then try this digital photo recovery software.
Photo Recovery for Windows
Photo Recovery for Mac
Do the following steps:
1: Connect your memory card to a PC.
2: Open the software and choose the memory card where your lost items located, and then scan it.
3: Recover the found files.
It is quite simple.
Remember - Do NOT write anything back to your memory card until you can recover the files safely!

Don't be so worried about ur data. There are some gud data recovery software available on internet. But first of all please stop using d drive anymore to increase d chances of recovering files. Then you need rely on professional data recovery tool. Download the software from the following sites http://www.memorycardrecovery.org and follow the steps

1. Install the software on ur computer.
2. Connect the memory card to computer.
3. select the drive(usually G or H for memory card) , click Start. Now the scanning process will start to search the deleted files. After a while you will then get a list of recoverable files.
4. Press Recover to perform full recovery.

Camera keeps telling me to reinsert the memory card. I've tried to new cards. When I put the memory card I was replacing because it is full, it goes back into the camera just fine.

As a last resort you could copy the full card to a computer and then delete the pictures on the card and use that again.

Here is the error list from the camera manual.
This is all I can suggest from here.

I just transfered over my pictures to my computer, and I erased the pictures from my SD card. When I try to take pictures, my camera says that the memory card is full. It is not full; it is empty. We have...

You need to format the card in your camera using the camera's format feature (look for it in the menus). Note that this will also erase the card, so only do such after saving any pictures that you wish to keep onto your computer's hard drive.

Screen is telling me that Internal memory is full. What do l do?

You will have to download those pictures in your camera to your computer. Internal memory on a camera will maybe hold 25-50 pictures. If you want more storage, you will have to buy a memory card which is really inexpensive. There will be a slot probably somewhere by your batteries to insert the card. After the card is inserted, you will have to go to the memory function on your camera and tell it to use the memory card instead of "internal storage".

Hope this helps.

Just pt in a neww sd card it keeps telling me that the memory is full and it wont take any pictures

You must have pics on the internal memory. That's what the camera is telling you. You should format the internal memory with no card in the camera. Then, insert the card and it should work properly.

My kodak camera keeps saying that the internal

The internal memory is small. Your camera will continue to write to it until you erase the pics from it. Here's how...Remove the memory card. Download any pics you want to save from the internal memory. Go into the menu and find "format"...follow the on-screen instructions to erase the internal memory. Insert your card. It should work properly now. Promise yourself to never use the internal memory again.

How do i get the pictures from my camera to the memory card

the question I ask is why would you want to do this?

The camera has XX Mb of memory in case the card becomes full. Generally one downloads the pics on to a PC and deletes the Camera files to start again

If you want to keep the pic files in memory and save them tpo your pc. remove the card for safety.. Interrogate your camera via the connection cord and the software it came with. Download the folder with the pics in memory to your PC. Then delete the files on the camera. Insert the SD card and In menu, set up to save files to SD card rather than memory while there is space.

I have a Toshiba 8 GIG memory card. I used it

When you removed the card from the computer, did you remember to use the "safely remove hardware" procedure? Also, you should never wait until your card is full before downloading...you run the risk of the card becoming corrupted. Your options now...1. Get a separate card reader and see if you can download your pics with it.2. If not, take the card to a store like Walmart that has a Kodak Picture kiosk machine. Insert your card and you should be able to see all your pics. From there, you can make a cd of them. Then, format your card in your camera to return it to factory specs.

Car locked displayed and cannot be removed.

Look on the front of your memory card for words that say "lock" and it will usually have an arrow beside it. Move the switch over and reinsert your card. It should be able to read it. Kind of like how a floppy disc has a lock, so does a memory card.

Memory Full Error

You need to format the SD memory card using the camera format function. The manual should tell you how to do this. If you don't have the manual, you can download it from the samsung website.
