and format ur memory card by computer or scan it by ur computer if u have lock code for ur mobile then *#7370#<lock code>green

The problem of your Nokia N73 is very common. Try to change your battery to anew. If you have already reset to factory settings, and still the same, all you have to do is to bring your phone to Nokia Care Centre near you to further check the software error.
Press *, 3, Green Button and Power button simultaneously, it works 100%.
