Problems with LG WM-2277HW Front Load Washer

Once you have removed the four screws from the back that hold the end of the lid, the lid slides backwards (some convincing is required). You have to push it back w about three inchaes, before you can lift the top up. There are four nobs on the top of the wahser that are holding the top down. Once you push the top back about three inches or so You should be able to lift the top off. Once the top is of you only have to loosen the three plastic latches on the inside and push the lid to the dispenser a bit to pull the dispenser drawer out. In our case the blue Softener holder was the cause of the drawer getting stuck. Its two plactis holders in the back had worn out and were not holding the cup dow, which was getting stuck on thetop plastic. We used sowing tread to circle around the container, going above and under the compprtment where the cup rests to force the cup to sray in place. Drawer not closes without issues. You problem may be something else, like the bleach reservior, but I suspect softener reservior with smaller holder is
