I had this issue as well. Download the patch directly from the website, and run it locally. Afterwards the updater won't find a newer patch, and goes directly to the game. I don't know whether this will break again once a new patch is released, but you should be able to manually install it again at that time. Patches can be found at http://www.ubi.com/US/default.aspx under support --> patches.

Problems installing Neat Receipts

You need to install Microsoft SQL Server Compact 3.5 Service Pack 2 from MS web site:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5783
Steps:
1. Download installation package from above link and save them to the desktop or other folder
2. Start that .exe and unpack to some folder on your PC (or that same folder)3. Open that folder and run BOTH installations for Windoxs x64 PC - first start:
SSCERuntime_x86-ENU.msi and then
SSCERuntime_x64-ENU.msi
4. This would install necessary SW and then you could re-insert Neat CD to start the installation which would proceed now.

Hello. I have Dell notebook-inspiron 1525. When I started my notebook, suddenly it goes for shutdown within 2-3 minutes. After restarting, it shows message mention below.Problem signature Problem Event...

Try this one first.
Boot to F8 then select Last Known Good Configuration.
If fail boot back to F8 then Safe Mode.
In safe mode try to do system restore from the time system was working fine.
After that everything will be fine.
