I couldn't see if someone else has already posted a solution. This same error message happens to us all the time-usually after a power failure, or windows decides to reboot the computer...In any case it will be necessary to login to "user magnager"..Once in switch to the tab that says "login"...then where it says "application" use the pull down menu to "icverfiy for window"
Then select any user that is listed , then go to the bottom of the page and select "log off user"...Close the program and start Icverify again...should be good to go

There already is an account created with that name. If it was an account you created on a previous attempt, try signing in. If you forgot the password, click the "Need help?" link on the sign-in page.

If someone else created the account, then you'll have to create an account with a different name.

I created a new user account in windows 7 and I am trying to ask software that was previously install.


If you just created a new user account, the software is still installed on your system, but certain programs will be installed only for the user account that is currently logged on at the time of installation. And other programs also only install for Administrator accounts.
Although, if you want to view/use software that is already installed go to Computer --> Open C:\ --> Program Files (x86). Within that folder are all the programs that are installed on your system. Although if you use a 64-bit system, then also check C:\Program Files\ for the 64-bit programs you have installed.

When I open my computer I have both an "hp Administer" file and "Owners" file to log into. I always use the owners file. This past week I was trying to Print my travel schedule, hp 4215...


Log in as Administrator to install any program or make any changes. You cannot install or delete programs or access certain files unless you are logged in as Administrator.

the issue is caused by a Microsoft Jet update. in c:\icwin310\backup directory you will find the files needed by icverify. Make a backup of the following files in c:\windows\system32 msjet35.dll
msjint35.dll
msjter35.dll
msrd2x35.dll
msxbse35.dll
msexcl35.dll
msltus35.dll
vbajet32.dll
vbar332.dll

Copy the files listed from the c:\icwin310\backup directory to c:\windows\system32 and your error should be no more.

You might have already opened an account with that name already or you are already logged into the account. Try checking if you have not already logged into your account from another system.
