The instruction manual should have a calibration section. If not, you can probably find the instructions at the manufacturer's website.

Hope that helps!

    Hello everyone,

Try this one... Hook the video out (yellow) to your TV video in, then hook the audio out (red and white) directly to my audio in on my boss (this can be your amp or speaker, as long as there is an audio input or mic input).

Hope this works for you. Finally, I get to sing again!

Feel free to add me as a friend on my facebook: Josephine Doroja - www.facebook.com/josephinedoroja

    Happy singing!

HOw do I connect my Magic Sing to the Samsung wireless Soundbar and my Sharp LED HDTV to avoid 2 sec delay?

Which version did you buy? the latest version is ET23KH. I am on the waiting list at love2karaoke because the hindi version has not been released yet.

I used to have the ET19KV and my friend has ET18K, which are older models 2011 and 2009 respectively.

ET23KH supports HDMI connection with the cables included so that problem u should not have.

Which model do u got?

Magic Sing ET-18k output delay

The delay is introduced by your high end HDTV. To alleviate this problem, connect the music part carried by the red and white wires a separate analog sound system.

2-second delay with Magic Sing

i bought et18k. just the same as yours.its 2 days old and has the same problem. the technical assistant says that its because of the digital setting that new tvs have. there are two ways to solve this though:

1. connect the video (yellow plug) to the tv. and the other two plugs (yellow and white) to the stereo. when i say stereo, its not the dvd home theater system that you have but a separate one. if you connect it to the home theater that you have, it'll just sound the same, you still have the delay.

2. connect the magic sing to the older tvs hangin out. and you'll get no problem at all.

**TVs such as sony, samsung, philips, sharp and all plasma tvs including other newly designed tvs will have the delay since they all share the HDMI thingy that causes sh*t.

Magic (karaoke) mic sound delay problem when connected to HDTV

Ok..I found a workable solution. Essentially using my HDTV only for the lyrics(video output) and using a RCA to stereo mini plug cable to send the sound output to my amplifier that has a analog stereo input. Works like magic. No delay. It went from being unusable to WOW!
