I've recently had this problem with mine but more than likely it was my own fault. In the process of trying to figure out my problem I completely removed the internal fans, once I put it back together the problem that you just described occurred. I just put the fans back in about 20 minutes ago and now I'm back to my original problem. I know this doesnt solve your problem but atleast it might give you an area of interest to start with. By the way unless your an airhead you can take the system apart rather easily just remember the top cover slides off dont pry it off like I did lol other than that it might take a minute to figure everything out but its fairly simple. I wouldnt recommend taking it apart unless its out of warranty or your seal has already been broke.
