I have a Logitek MK300. From time to time, if I hit the letter A, it prints Q and vice versa. Same thing with Z and W, M and :;. The numbers do not show up at all; instead the vowel letters with the five French accents emerge. This is my second Logitech. I replaced the first one because of the same problem.

Double check numbers that may be letters and vice-versa like 5 instead of an S or 1 instead of I O instead of 0 and 2 instead of Z are common 9 for g G for 6 try to retype the serial number

Cd key will not work

verify that you are not using the letter "O" in place of zeros, and sometimes "B's" can look like 8's and vice versa. Same for the letter "I" and the number one.

check to se if your cap lock is on. when its off shift is for upper case and vice versa

The first 2 letters do not print

Hello, I assume you mean the 1st 2 characters of a document are'nt printing. If this is so you could try setting the left and right margins in a bit more in case you are trying to print something out of its range. Also, make sure your printer properties are set for the correct paper size you're using (this'll be under 'printing preferences) it may be set by default to 'letter' when you're using A4, or vice versa. Also, if you're using MS Word, check the paper size setting is also the same as the one you using.

Hi,
I am not sure about the brand & model number you are using. But in NOKIA phone you need to PRESS # for more than 5 Seconds then it will change to letter, word & vice versa.

The serial number is not accepted and will only let me use the software on a 30 day trial basis

Please don't post your Serial Number, but if you have any zeros in your number they may be just the letter "o" or vice-versa. Other common mistakes are the number five and the letter "s".

Also, make sure you're putting in the correct key. I think you need to put in a license key and not the serial number.

Acer travelmate 4050 keyboard prints wrong keys

Hold the Fn key then hit F11. This toggles the numeric nubers to letters and vice versa.

Temporary software

try re-entering the code.
If it has a O (letter O) try using a 0 (zero) or maybe and I (eye) for a 1 (one)
Also look closly to see if it may be a Q or an O or a lot of times the way print coums out a B looks like an 8 and vice versa
A lot of times the key codes come out wrong for a mistaken letter or number.
