My N64 console keeps on frezzing during the middle of game play I don't think that shes over heating or is dirty because I just cleaned her out and play it with a fan blowing on it. Could it be the av cords or the expansion pack or the ac adapter that is causing the mayhem then. Its still on the screen too. I un plugged the ac adapter and it smelled like it was burning then.

Well try cleaning the gamepacks out with qutips and rubbing alcohal sounds like a glitch which can occur from and by dirtyness then.

My N64 just stopped playing ALL of my games except 1: namco museum. they can't all have just gotten dirty at the same time, and there can't be a cable problem or anything like that, because namco...

Well the console might be broken because of the age on the system or it a fake game pack can corrupt the console then. Or the gamepacks have a little non serviceable battery in them when it goes bad the gamepack is junk then. Try them on someones elses console if they work on a different system than yours might have an internal issue.

In the middle of a game my N64 will freeze without warning and in the top right corner of my tv screen is a small white or red line.

Well it might be over heating buy dust dust causes video game consoles to heat 10 times faster than their normal heating rates trust me i know then. So use those canned dusters for computers to clean then out. Thats how i clean my consoles out and i don't recomend doing it if you don't know what your doing.

Well maybe the console needs to be cleaned out esspecially if its filled up with dust.
Dust causes video game consoles to over heat 10 times faster than their normal heat rate then.
I have had this issue before with my N64 console so I cleaned it out and no stalling yet.

Your PS3 only frezzes or lags another words when you leave the system on longer then a day or play it longer then a day non-stop i recommend it letting it cool down

lucky you have the ps3 cause xbox 360 aint so forgiving on over-heating

Try cleaning the vents on the console with a vacuum cleaner with the xbox OFF

Then try playing without your hard drive

if it doesnt freeze without the hard drive youve got a problem
ring up xbox

Based on what you said, you need to clean you prongs on both the console and games. Also, blowing into it can help too. If that fails, you might have a short in your system and need a new one.

Well video game consoles are sensitive to heat and its an over heating problem if the ac adapter smells burnt than its possible that the adapter isnt sending out the right signal to the system or if the voltage is off it will cause stalling. So try cleaning out the gamepacks and put the gamepacks in halfway instead of all the way in. Or there might be a problem with the console. Dust causes video game consoles to overheat 10 times faster than there normal heating rates.
