The audio output ic pack is shorted that is located near the power transformer. The ic pack must be replaced, but it will need to be dismantled to get at the part.

No sound through the built in speakers. Turntable turns fine and I can hear the record play but it does not transfer to the speakers. New needle makes no difference

Remove the 4 wires to the cartridge. With the system on. Put your finger on each of the wires separately. On two of the wires you should hear a buzz (one on each channel) on the others very little or perhaps a faint buzz.
If you hear the loud buzz(s) the amp inside the deck is working and you have either a faulty cartridge or have not connected the two wires right.
If you don't hear any buzz, the amp inside the unit is faulty. If the amp has other functions that do work (such as radio) then it is the pre-amp for the cartridge that has gone. As this will not affect the other functions.

WON'T START CONTINUOUS BUZZING FROM SOLENOID

Sounds like the battery is dead. You can try a jump start and see if the car will start. If it does I wouldn't have any issue with replacing the battery and see what happens. You can also measure battery voltage with a voltmeter. You should see 12 volts with the key off, on, or cranking. If the battery voltage is not 12 volts than it is dead or low on charge. Let me know if you have any questions and I'll do my best to answer them. Thank you for using FixYa.com!

When I play a CD I get a buzzing sound. The sound starts as soon as I hit the play button (and before the CD is actually moving.) It gets louder once the CD starts playing. The sound is coming through...

Buzzing is usally AC line noise leaking into an un-shielded cable somewhere or a floating ground. If the AC plug is reversible, try that. Sometimes the buzz is from an attached device. Make sure all audio cables are plugged in tightly at each end and routed away from or at right angles to any power cords and away from other sources of strong magnetic fields like TV's. I've also seen variable track lights induce noise but it's usually minor.

Played 4 hours yesterday and today it turns on but neither controler wil not do anything. New bateries and if you hold down A they wil blink 4 times but nothing

Try opening the little panel on the front of the wii and open the panel for the batteries on one remote. Then hit both of the red buttons at the same time, if it doesn't work try holding them.

Buzz sound when i hook my laptop up

How many years have you had this laptop? Sad to say, if it's many years, time to replace as that would be cheaper.
