Dear FixYa team,

The problem with my MP3 remains unsolved.
Providing you have someone on your team who does know how to fix the problem, I would be interested in talking/communicating with them. I have established that the problem is not in the MP3 itself but in my PC. Please don't direct me to the "Expert" named dilipbagdi as this guy needs an education himself.

Thanks

Errol

I got a psp 3000 and I just downloaded music on it and when I plugged in my headphones and play it all I can hear is the music and hardly the singer. How do I fix this?

Try a different set of headphones. It's possible that the headphones have a short and you're only getting sound out of one ear. If it's still doing it with another set of headphones, then it's either a bad headphone connector or the music files are corrupted or not recorded properly.

Sound Problem

Sounds like something's up with your EQ. From the main menu, go to Music>Music Options>Music EQ and try another setting or play around with Custom. Could also be volume. Go to main menu>Settings>Reset All (NOT FORMAT!!!) Recommend trying both in given order. Hope this helps.

My Coby MP200 will not play the songs that are on it.

While it may be something you're well aware of, did you navigate to the folder on the Coby where the songs reside? Is it possible you loaded the mp3s in a directory that is not the default and so the player doesn't see any music. Another possibility is the copyright protection won't allow the player to play the songs. The license may reside on your computer but is not on the mp3 player. Last two thoughts (as stupid as they sound) are is volume up? Is earphones securely plugged in? Have you tried the earphones on another unit to make sure they work?
