Question about Cell Phones
You need to contact your phone service provider (network provider) to obtain a PUK (personal unlock code). The code is specific to the SIM card in your phone, and you will need to prove that you are the owner of the phone before they will give you the code. If you enter the incorrect code more than 10 times the SIM card will be permanently disabled.
