Mcdevito75 here, In most cases the glass (crystal) come off or out thru the back of the watch which means you"ll have to remove the quartz mechanism, and that means removeing the stem, thse quartz stems are very prone to breaking while being removed form the quatrz mechanism and the cost of a repair may be more expensive then a whole new watch, shop around get a price from a small watch repair shop on repair verses a new Fossil watch.

How do u open back to fix an fossil black 5 atm fs-4351 hand watch

Jerry, If its smooth on the back cover, you have to pry it off carefully. Get a magnifying glass and look around the cover edge, there should be a small under cut. Pry at this point with a penknife blade or similar. If the cover has 6 or 8 small indentations in it then it likely unscrews but you may still need to see a watch shop for the tool to unscrew it.
Fossil watches have a 2 year warranty so if its inside this, take it to a dealer.

Second hand and battery replacement on fossil watch

Fossil watches have an 11 year warranty. Any jeweler can replace the battery. If that doesn't solve the problem and you registered the watch or still have the receipt call 1-800-TICTOC1 for repair.

Need a new glass for my fossil watch fossil blue CH2435

This is will take a jeweler or watchmaker to fit with a new crystal.
1st take this watch to the point of purchase and see if they can assist you, sometimes they will surprise you and depending upon the age of the watch may replace.
2nd beyond that usually only independant jewelers will work with fossils, almost all chains will not allow their employees to even change batteries in a Fossil (they are easy to break).

Fossil watch JR8612

You can purchase just the watch face at most Fossil Store locations as well as on line at Fossil.com. They are marketed under the "watch bar" catagory. Make sure you know the the correct size of your strap in order to get a watch face that fits. Outlets have great prices on the watch bar items.
