Most windows 7 has built-in drivers but not for that device you shoul install the drivers of that devices manually
I would check for windows 7 specific drivers for the bluetooth and the orbicam. Beyond that, I have heard and experienced problems with windows 7 not supporting all accessories and peripherals of laptops.
For instance, I had a basically unsolvable problem with the scroll keys on the touchpad not working after upgrading to windows 7 from Vista on an Aspire 3680 series laptop which was only a few years old.
I had to find a workaround for it, by using the arrow keys instead.
You might have to try workarounds for your problems, like getting a new external webcam for the webcam problem.
The bluetooth is a little bit harder to fix, though, because it's integrated into the computer, generally, like my touchpad.
