Miele G892 SC dishwasher stops 5 minutes after starting with flashing inlet/drain light. The drain is working because it drains at the beginning. Water is also coming in. None of the holes in the spray are...

If your Miele G892 SC dishwasher is stopping 5 minutes after starting with a flashing inlet/drain light, there could be a few different reasons. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the problem:
  1. Check the water pressure: Make sure that the water pressure is within the required range for the dishwasher (between 1.5 and 5 bar).
  2. Check the inlet hose: Make sure that the inlet hose is not kinked or clogged.
  3. Check the water inlet valve: Make sure that the water inlet valve is not clogged or malfunctioning.
  4. Check the water level sensor: Make sure that the water level sensor is not clogged or malfunctioning.
  5. Check the control board: Make sure that the control board is not malfunctioning.
  6. Check the temperature sensor: Make sure that the temperature sensor is not malfunctioning.
  7. Contact Miele customer support: If you have tried all the above steps and the dishwasher is still not working, it may be best to contact Miele customer support for further assistance. They will be able to diagnose and fix the issue or tell you if a repair is needed.
It's important to keep in mind that the Miele G892 SC is an older model dishwasher, which makes it harder to find replacement parts and professional repair services.

GE Potscrubber 640 Dishwasher. How long does it take before the water starts running in the dishwasher? Can hear the motor, but not any water.

Check under the sink and make sure it is not shut off there. If there is water pressure to the unit then you could have a sticky inlet valve, no power to solenoid on that valve or a bad solenoid, a sticky overfill valve or a bad control board.

The Heavy and Quick lights are blinking

If it is a Samsung, which I imagine it is, then you have too much water getting in to your dishwasher during the fill cycle.

The two most common reasons for this error are: 1) too high of water pressure for your house (it should be about 50 to 70 psi, or thereabouts---Note: You'll need a plumber to fix your PRV valve if your water pressure is above 80 psi) or, 2) your water inlet valve on the dishwasher is bad and letting too much water come in during the fill cycle.

Try to reset the error by turning off the circuit breaker for your dishwasher for about 5 minutes, and then turn it back on and see if that clears out the error. Then, try running another load and if you get the error again, check your water pressure and your water inlet valve.

Good luck!

2002 Trooper 97k that runs great for 10 miles and then it loses power and stalls out. It will turn over again after sitting for 5 minutes but suffers the same problem of losing power and stalling out but...

yes sir mostly its a fuel pump regulator problem .
check the fuel pump pressure to make sure it is the pump regulator that controls the amount of pump pressure or change the whole pump would be better have a good day sir

Water pressure low during the wash cycle

It sounds like there may be an obstruction in the drain. once the washer is drained, in the bottom right corner there is a basket that you can pull up and clean out. As for the water pressure being low...The machine uses a pump that supplies the wash cycle, but on rinse it uses fresh water. You may have a pump that is clogged or losing pressure good luck hope this helps

I have a dishlex Global 500 which runs for 3-5 minutes then displays nF

nf= not filling. check inlet vale, or fault will be with pressure switch. If you have poor water pressure, you may need to increase the fill time- insructions can be downloaded from:www.electrolux.com.au, click on "customer service", then "download manuals", then Dishwashers-semi integrated, electronic, then download Dishlex Global Part 1 and Part 2.
Information on setting fill time can be found at the back of Part 2, but Part 1 has a list of the fault codes

Briggs & Stratton 2500 Power Washer Loses Pressure Time to Time

If by "a few minutes" you mean 180 seconds, I really don't know what to say. But if you mean 5-10 seconds, you probably are experiencing air in the water line or normal engine warm-up behavior when the choke has been set to full lean too soon.

Error

It's probably the heater element that has gone, but it could be a simpler fault like the pressure switch not activating. See this video it should give you the general idea
