Factory VGN-FS760/W comes with the Pentium M (1.86 GHz)...can it handle a faster one and if so, how much faster?

Sound is Realtek High Definition Audio

Graphics is NVidia GeForce Go 6400

Yes, you can upgrade the cpu to a faster core 2 duo, but the FSB has to be same, as well as the cache memory. For example, you can choose a T5800-2Ghz/2M/667.
