Did you measure it?
Ideal brewing temperature is between 195°F and 205°F
Is There a Perfect Coffee Brewing Temperature? According to the National Coffee Association, the ideal water temperature for extraction is between 195°F and 205°F, which is a little below the boiling point of water - 212°F. What's handy about this temperature range is that it works across all brewing methods.

Your grinder setting might be too fine. Only adjust while the grinder is grinding -- set to a coarser grind. Have you tried the preground coffee dispenser? Again, use coarser ground coffee in case the sieve is getting clogged.

Circuit Priming When the machine operates for the first time and when all the water has been dispensed, the machine circuit needs priming. In this case, the 4 buttons of the control panel will flash at the same time. • Press the ON/OFF button . The 4 buttons will flash. • Place a container under the cappuccinatore. • Open the "hot water/steam" knob by turning it anticlockwise. • Press the hot water button. • Wait for water dispensing to stop. • Close the "hot water/steam" knob by turning it clockwise. Remove the container. When the first priming ends, the warming up starts. Before brewing coffee, water and steam, please wait for lights 15 and 16 to be permanently on. The machine is now ready to brew coffee and dispense steam. Please see related sections for operating details. Note: if priming is not completed, the 4 buttons will keep on fl ashing. The machine cannot be used.
I believe the model you have has no user-selectable temperature settings. The manual for the Magic line suggests preheating the cups as the fix. You can use the electronic cup warner OR run your tap/faucet water as hot as possible, fill the cup you're going to be dispensing espresso into with hot water while your Saeco warms up...right before you hit the button to dispense espresso, empty the hot water, dry the preheated cup and you're set! It only takes a few seconds. This way, you waste none of your coffee's thermal emergy on cup heating and your coffee will stay hot longer. Hope this helps!
