You can go to autozone auto part and ask them check that check engine light. They will tell what is wrong with your car.

After looking up the error code C:31:22, I saw all of the solutions for slapping the side of the camera. Slapped it 4 times, then the error code switched to C:31:23. Same solution... Whacked it 4 times, then the error code switched to C:31:40. Again, whacked it 4 times. Opened it up, turned it upside down and a rubber roller dropped out of the camera. I could see where it went, snapped it down on its metal peg and it works fine. Looks like its the rubber rollers that guide the tape that gets stuck. Before whacking it, make sure the RUBBER roller moves freely. Good luck!!!

hi, SInce u do not have a HDD u will need to boot up from cdrom, for that in the BIOS 2nd options,change the boot up sequence first to cdrom , second to any other disk.. let me know
