I would make sure that you are shooting the video on the highest recording pixels available, which on this camera is 640x480. You could also increase the frame rate to 60 frames/second. Directions on how to do this are on page 41 of your user manual. I have included a link to download your manual in case you no longer have it. I hope this helps!

I think I can.  
I looked on Canon's site and no luck, so I searched and found a website that may be of some help.  It requires a free registration, but it seems legit.  It is called TheUserManualsite.com.

It seems to be a website that serves as a repository for user manuals.  People upload the manuals they have and search for and put out requests for ones they are looking for.  Here is the link for the manual you are looking for.

Sorry I couldn't find the manual, but I do think that should help if you can't find it another way.

To view the pictures on the computer, remove the card from the battery compartment and put it in a card reader connected to your computer.
