Hi ,

you can try to do system restore from safe mode and check whether it is working fine or not.
If it still now working fine try to go to MSCONFIG and try to disable to startups and check and whether it is working fine.

You can try creating another user from safe mode and try to login with the new user and check it is working fine if it is then might be your account is corrupted and you need to remove it.

In the end the only thing is to do a system recovery where it will load the entire OS once again on your computer.

In the safe mode, none of the background software is loaded and a number of hardware drivers are not
loaded.
Start with the background software. Go to START - RUN and type in
msconfig.
On the resulting dialog windows check the "Diagnostic Startup" and then reboot.
If it works okay, they start adding Services, one or two at a time, until either you find the
faulting service or it starts with all of them loaded. The start with the background software,
adding one or two at a time until you find the bad software.
This is a time consuming task, but it can identify the problem.
You may also have to do this with hardware drivers.

What i think you dont need to update your bios driver. Instead try un-installing any recent hardware change you did to your system.
If still nothing happens try windows recovery console.

Follow these steps
First you should Return BIOS settings to their default levels. An overclocked or misconfigured BIOS can cause all sorts of random issues, including BSODs.
- Restart your computer and then press and hold F8 keys until you get Advanced Options menu screen.Use the arrow key to highlight Safe Mode, and then press Enter, your computer will boot automatically to safe mode.
If you able to start in safe mode then update your graphic drivers from the manufacturer site of your laptop

Hi Thanks for your question
What i would recommend to do is in order to return your system to working state is to use System Restore tool. To use it please follow this.
1. When starting System press F8 key few times till you are shown some options. 2. One of the options should be Safe Mode please choose it and press enter 3. Once safe mode is loaded you will be asked if you want to use system recovery or just use safe mode 4. Click no to run System Restore 5. Once system restore is started from calendar showed choose the system restore point when system was working correctly 5. Press next and then next again 6. In few minutes your system should restart and work as normal
Good luck an please let us know if this was helpful

Unable to get into safe mode

hi there !

-try t drain everything out of the computer first; remove the power adapter then remove the battery; after 1 minute try again; if problem persists run diagnostics
--while the computer is off, press and hld the "Fn" key then press the power button at the same time to start the test; note down error message then consult manufacturer for the code obtained. if no errors found it is a windows problem; you need to reinstall windows on the computer

cheers!

Won't boot up.

You have a virus that is about to shut down the hole computer to where you can't even get on it. I would tell you just to reinstall windows to fix it 99% of the time that is the fix.

Blue Screen of death.

You might try removing the Hard Drive from the machin and slaving it on your other machine. Then running a chkdsk in the command prompt or norton disk utilities. If either fails, backup your data on other machin and reinstall.

Safe mode boots okay but not in normal boot - no error either

Do you have the original recovery disk? I recommend inserting the recover disk, restart the computer while continually pressing F12. Select boot from CD, press any key when asked, and you would want to do a "repair". That should fix your problem.
