Don't dismantle anything on a microwave. It is an extremely dangerous appliance, even after the plug has been pulled out of the wall socket. There are commercially available microwave oven cleaners. Whatever you cannot reach and clean with that is best left well alone.

Cannot clean the inside door between glass and mesh - any ideas?

Unfortunately it is not possible to do this without dismantling the door. The mesh is very important for containing microwave energy in the oven cavity. If the door is dismanteled it is important not to damage the mesh and to have the oven tested for possible leakage after it has been re assembled.

Control panel wont work it was sprayed with roach spray it lights up some of the numbeers were working now nothing.

Good day sir/ma,am there are possibilities that the roach spray solution got on the contact terminals. DO NOT Turn it on, let it dry for several days. just to make sure. 3 days is enough. or if you choose to operate it, you must clean dry the circuit board. it requires that you dismantle it, clean the terminals dry and reassemble it again. this may not sound good. you may need to call your service center to be safe. hope this helps.

Cleaning Inside Glass Oven Door of KitchenAid KEMC308KSSO

Normally you have to separate the door panels (as shown in the attached photo) and then you'll see the previously hidden screws you need to remove.

Or you can watch a YouTube video (not a video I made) here that demonstrates how it's done.
