If u are talking about soft reset without wiping the data u just want to restart the PDA just press the standby power button up side for like 5 seconds it will switch it off then press again for the 5 seconds it will come on and boot and if u are taking about hard reset it will format all data take out ur memory card if u want to save it press the both call and end key together and then press the power button on the up side of PDA for like 5 seconds then screen will come up asking u to confirm just press the centre button of the 4 way joystick and go.
