Well i have Sony DCR-TRV285E Handycam. Also, Operating software loaded in my PC is Windows7 Ultimate edition. kindly provide me the driver software or solutions to the issue. the issue is i am unable to see my videos loaded in my Handycam in PC

What are you trying to do with the software? If you want to get a recording off of your camera onto your PC, many video editing programs can do that without needing any software from Sony. For example, windows movie maker on a windows pc. If your vista is ULTIMATE 64bit it wont work, and there are no drivers for that either, if you have vista ultimate 32bit then you vill find the drivers, manual and everything else there is about that handycam here:
