There is an option called "Master reset" in "settings" menu.Remember to take propper backups before doing master reset because it erases all the user entered data.If you want a full cleaned state, try a software update. You can find all the necessary softwares from SonyEricsson's official web site.Note that you have to take propper backups before doing a software update
I'd imagine that you can look through the modes, or have a master reset, Master reset located Options. Then i think it's the one right at the bottom. I think. Hope this has helped.

This problem hapens to alot of S.E phones. the problem is with the mmc, when you access the music, sometimes the phone goes off. when it hapens, take out the mmc for a few mins then put it back in. the best thing to do though is to backup all your data on the mmc into the pc, then format the mmc. formating the mmc will lose all your data so it is important to backup your data. after formating, you can put back your music on the mmc. there is no parmanent solution to this problem
