Oftentimes there may be interference from other bluetooth devices on the
phone. Disable them first, disconnect the battery from the phone for 30
seconds (helps to reset) and follow the pairing instructions from the link below.
Because this is a discontinued model going with a very new phone. I
hope it works for you. Otherwise you may have to purchase a new headset.
However when they discontinued that they did not make a replacement.

Making sure the headset is fully charged, you'll probably want to try
and pair the headset to your phone again. Make sure that any
bluetooth devices are removed from the phone. Removing the battery (if
possible) for about 15 seconds helps to reset the phone. Follow the

Unfortunately the Explorer 220 was not designed for music, it does
not have the technology built in to stream audio. Headsets must have
the Bluetooth A2DP profile and technology to be able to stream music.
