Connect
the player to your PC. Start windows explorer and find the drive
"removable disk". Make back up copy your media files to the computer. Select this drive, right click on it and choose
"format". Then you get to a window where you should simply click the
"start" button. After the formatting copy back your files to the device, and try again whether it works.
If your player remains in faulty state you will need to upgrade the firmware.
