Your problem is with the TFT panels in the optical engine and is an expensive fix. The KF series has a documented problem with the panels but the time to get relief from Sony has passed. Your only option now is to replace the optical engine. I have a tip at http://www.fixya.com/support/r4251975-replace_dlp_light_engine which explains the problem, where to get the parts necessary and how to perform the repair.
