that model doesnt have a bulb it has three picture tubes. Chances are YOUR needING a deflection board for that model its the large board on the left side. You can get replacement deflection board from www.tvrepairworld.com

Its problem of convergence board and need to be replaced. You can buy this board at Part Store.
Please replace the board if you have basic electronics knowledge or get help of tech person.

The convergence is split between 4 different boards on the rca itc222 model. depending on the symptoms of the picture will determine which one is at fault. What does your picture look like? is it bowed in at top and bottom? Is the picture 3d can you see red blue and geen? When you go into customer setup menu do you see the convergence options. if you see these what effect do they have. The tv have a problems known as a convergence problems,it dead.The tv colors lines R,G,B mis alignments,have colors shadow pictures or 3D pictures look alike?The tv convergence board have dead 2 STK convergence ICS and some or all of it resistors too.These parts on the tv convergence board,must be replaced to solved the tv pictures convergence problems.The shop,will cost u like $300-350 for parts and labors.
I had the same problem with my RCA D52W23. I change out the convergence board and the 2nd fuse the one near the flyback. After getting TV back together picture was good except white backgrounds looked washed out with greenest at the edges. I called cable company and they came out fixed my cable line with was dropping and gave me a new HDTV box which was the newest one. That fixed my problems.
you will need a new convergence board as that model doesnt have the conventional ICs so the entire board must be replaced. let me know if you need further info.
