We have a nintendo ds. We have an r4 card which works perfectly. All other games have been working for the last month but for some reason no other games will load. It comes up nintendo ds and then the screen just stays white

may be your r4 card is broken, how about you format the sd card and try to re-down load the game again? If it still doesn't work, there will be some problem with it.

hi, im not allowed to tell you much as its something that is banned on the site so anything relating to r4 cards or copied games is not allowed so i can only tell you what the problem is and point you in the right direction ok.

now the reason the ds wont see the r4 card is due to the latest update nintendo sent out to the ds's this latest update had software in it that prevented people from using r4 to play games.

all i can tell you is if you search using google and type in why wont my ds play r4 card after update and hit search.
also search for this, how to downgrade my ds so i can use the r4 card, then hit search,

that should then tell you all you need to know and get you sorted.

I think you need to update the R4 software,dont know what is your R4 update website?
you know ,there are many version of r4, If you are in UK,i suggest you visit www.logictoyz.com

The only thing i can suggest is to go to the site that is on your card and download the new firmware for your card, it maybe that you just need to update your card, if that dont work you may need to buy a new card, i would not leave your card in the nds if you are not using it for a while, take it out, dont leave it in the nds, it maybe that the contacts are worn.

sounds like the system on r4 card is missing,if u have ur micro sd games stored on ur pc,add the system files to card again .this should solve the problem,good luck

lol really like u can. you can buy cards that let you do that but you need the rigth one and the one thats lets you actually play the ds game which can have problems due to the cards limits.. look up r4 but even then ds games wont always run and wont run fast... just mod a psp then you dont have to buy psp games.. the psp is so much better and can run psp games from its memory cards.. snes nes sega playstation one and more [girl says]it plays music and super nintendo..do me

try downloading some new ones and they might reapear. thats what i did and it worked.

Email or Call Nintendo or send them your Ds, and they will give you a new one.

im guessing since you got the r4 card workin ok originally that you know how to put the r4 software back on the ard with the games? if thats the case thats good, remember its not the r4 carts that busted its the micro sd card thats inside it, get sumone to reformat the sd card through the computer, oh back up the game files first though! lol. if need more help email me at [email protected]. good luk.

the r4ds has a reset application when you press random buttons quickly and the r4 turns of sorry but i think you can turn it off by pressing the R BUTTON on the game loading screen... please pm me for any more help...
