Based off the information you have provided your Electrolux wall oven/microwave combination is stuck in demo mode. The best way to remove demo mode from your wall oven/microwave combo is to hold the oven light button and the on/off keys at the same time and you should be able to toggle in and out of demo mode. While they aren't that difficult to repair if you know something about appliances and are somewhat handy, you do need a multimeter to check whether the switch is the problem or if it is the element, which means you will me working with 220V that could ruin your entire day if you make a mistake.

F9-- Failed Lock switch detected.

Check wiring to door lock switch (the wire harness may be connected wrong). Check for stuck lock switch.

If the wires are ok and, the switch is not stuck, replace it asap.

Sounds like the oven element is cracked and absorbing moisture when the oven cools down thus causing it to trip. Should buy a new element. there are hundreds of suppliers on the internet.
