Have a iphone4 with the 4.3os software/firmware but it will not pair up with my old smartphone device for a transfer of contact card but it will pair up with my laptop in bluetooth mode.

There are rare devices that it wont allow to transfer files. I suggest connecting it to outlook and syncing your contacts there. Hope this helps.

I can't remember my pairing process or pin number for my PLT 510 v.G. Can you help. I'm pairing it with my iPhone4

start by holding the up volume and speaker buttons at the same time on the bluetooth until it alternates red and blue, your pin is 0000 goodluck

Depends on what model it is but iphone sucks at bluetooth headsets it only pairs with headsets that have the A2DP profile (Stereo headsets with two ear things)

I have a Blue Ant ST3 and I can't pair it with my iphone4. It won't even detect and I can't get into the screen where it asks for the pin. I have tried turning both on and off but still no luck!

Select YES to pair. Enter the passkey 0000 and select OK.
if you have any OTHER devices paired remove them.
1 reset network settings on iphone
2 power off blue tooth device
3 power cycle iPhone
4 attempt to re-pair
