connect you cam and install the driver for your cam and if you have any messenger installed login to your messenger and start your web cam. if you don't have internet connection for offline testing you can use msn messenger. Go to tools and options and web cam !!!!
You would require the drivers for the web-cam.
Locate web-cam Make/Version and download the drivers for it from the manufactures website once installed then plug in the web-cam into Pc and will start working on all application after you rebooted pc after driver install.
goto device manager and delete the web cam or imaging device and or universal serial bus uninstall the 1 that says web cam.
restart the notebook it will pick back up on the web cam and ask to locate and install drivers.
you can complete remove driver of your web cam, run any registry cleaner and install again if you have driver other wise search the right driver on web.
first check you have installed all the web cam driver came with your notebook than check the control panel> device manager > imaging devices acer crystal eye web cam if there is a yellow ! . then re install the driver...
Ah yea, had that happen once. Telus sent me an installation CD but no computer in the house could read the CD. Well, no big deal. Go to www.logitech.com and download the drivers.
