Hi,
MMS seetting required for using MMS serviece(GPRS seetting and MMS setting is different).
To get the MMS setting please call your service provider.
They will send you the MMS setting.After you receive please save the settings to your
phone.
Then you can start send and receive MMS without ant problem.

go to applications and scroll down to orange and then scroll to get settings then when messages r recieved choose save or install

mms settings need to be installed by your service provider as they are unique to your service, all you need to do is:
1) call tech support
2) explain your issues
3) follow instructions exactly
note: you will need to call from a different phone(i.e. landline or another cell phone)
