hi I'm jeff ...need to help regarding driver of this model sharp ar-5320 for my windows vista

this happen when executing SIM 49 - 1 . the copier become in flash written mode to solve this problem turn off the copier press and hold down zoom key and zero key and turn on the copier .
If it didn't work you have complete downloading flash room
