sounds like a virus or malware has infected your system. if you can at least boot in safe mode, do a virus/malware scan of your system. if available, schedule a boot scan. If unable to boot using your hard disk, try to boot using your Windows CD and try to go to the recovery console to perform your scans, otherwise, it may be faster to just completely wipe out your hard disk and reinstall Windows. if you have important data, try to create a backup, but be sure to do a full scan of the backup afterwards before restoring them back after an OS reinstall
This file looks like it is part of a virus. I would run whatever antivirus program that you have with the most recent updates on your system to see if they solve the issue.

1. START> RUN > type CMD > now paste the following reg add “HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon” /v Shell /t REG_SZ /d Explorer.exe
this procedure is to remove the error that comes whenever you restart windows
something like “could not find SSVICHOSST” or “error loading SSVICHOSST” or “windows cannot find ssvichost”
GO TO DOS PROMPT AND DEL THIS FILE e.g goto start-->run-->cmd
than press ok than you will be at c:\documents and setting\ so type
c:\documents and setting\cd\ and enter than goto system32 directory by
c:\cd windows\system32 and than run the following commands
c:\windows\system32\attrib -s -h -a ssvichosst.exe and than run
c:\windows\system32\del ssvichosst.exe this will remove this virus file.

Need more info, sounds like nothing to do with a printer, sounds like you ae trying to install something on your pc and it needs the .exe file placed where it can find it on your computer hard drive that is labeled "DR9".
