Return hi i'm interested in returing a camcorder i ordered on line it's blue and the store won't let me return it how do i go about this??? thanks alexandra

If you purchased this from BestBuy.com, you should be able to process the return in a retail store, however the preferred method of return is to contact BestBuy.com support and have them give you instructions on how to return it. You can contact them using the 1-888-BestBuy telephone number and asking for BestBuy.com support.

A digital camcorder does carry a 14 day return period and a restocking fee most likely will apply if the unit has been opened. I would ask the support team for more specifics.
