Where is the icon for "make a payment" on the website??? On back of my envelope to mail in for a payment - it says "pay your bill online...."...but it is not user friendly to do so. I can not figure out how/where to pay my bill online....can you walk me through the steps?
Thanks TimBabcock! Your info helped me to find the way to "online payments". I tried to write it down step by step so other people can find it. Also, you can pay by "automated system" calling to 1-800-365-0292 and here you won't be charged any money by doing it. Okay, here we go!
1. Sign in to "Best Buy Sign-on Online Customer Care" 2. Click on "Customer Care" 3. Click on "Account Overview" 4. Click on "Payment Center" 5. Click on "Access Online Bill Pay" 6. You will find "Online Bill Pay Enrollment"; you need to enroll to be able to make your payments online, but you need to agree to certain things they list there.
I hope this helps, because I agree with all you who have problems to find the site; it's a nightmare! Don't forget the option of "automated system" :)
I have tried before due date[and have an account & passwrd] for past 3 mo. to pay on-line. It tells me doesn't recognize password & charged late fee. 3 mo=$75. Day later,now recognizes password,ha! Sound shady?
If you have TD, all you have to do is add a payee if you have EasyWeb online Banking. Of course the same concept would be applicable to all banks offering online banking, but I guarantee you that TD has that option. If you have a Best Buy Visa or a Chase account, you search for it after you click "Add Payee" and once you find the payee you think is right, you attempt at putting in your card number in and they will say whether it is valid or not and from there you just pay your bill(s) like normal.

There are a number of things you can do:  find out from HER how she normally makes payments on the credit card. (get her username/password if she does it electronically) then make the payment through one of your own accounts. she may have to verify your card on her account unless you've made a payment from this card before
 wire the money to her from western union (expensive) OR wire the money from your bank (not as expensive)...this is time consuming though cus you have to actually go up to your bank or whereever you do this to actually get it done
 transfer money from your bank/credit account to her bank account, then tell her to pay it with the money you've transferred.
 call the credit card company and make a payment over the phone. (this will probably be the surest and quickest way,,,depending on her credit card's customer service)

You should be careful how and which sites you pay money one, choose sites that offer payments via PayPal, its one if the most secure and trusted online payment solutions.
If you are making online payment transactions, always use a credit card and not a debit card, it is a more secure and safer way of making payments.
For this particular problem. if you paid using a credit card, you can perform a credit card charge back and they will help you get back the money if they get proof that your money was stolen. Visit your bank for more assistance on that.
